What this website collects, why, and how to change your mind. It covers bkdigital.dk only - the Bethub, Betbuilder and Betting Manager apps handle accounts and payments, and each states its own terms.

Who is responsible
BK Digital operates this website and decides what is collected here. For anything in this policy, including requests about your own data, write to balkbetting@gmail.com.
What we collect, and only if you agree
This site sets nothing on your device and sends nothing to anyone else until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Decline and the site behaves exactly the same: every page, the live figures and the results table all work without it.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4, which collects the pages you view, roughly where you arrived from, your approximate location from a truncated IP address, and general device and browser information. It sets cookies to recognise a returning browser. We use it to see which pages people read and which sources bring visitors. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not sell or share this data with anyone beyond Google as described below.

Google Analytics cookies are only set after you accept. The bk-consent entry is stored either way, because a record of your choice is what stops the banner asking again.
Legal basis
Your consent, under the Danish Cookie Order and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it: use Cookie settings, or clear this site's data in your browser.
Who else sees it
Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data on our behalf and may transfer it to servers outside the EU, including the United States, under the safeguards Google offers for those transfers. Our web host stores standard server logs needed to serve the site. The live figures on the results page are read from a public Google Sheet in your browser, which means your request goes to Google whether or not you accepted cookies - that request is what makes the numbers appear and carries no identifier we set.
How long it is kept
Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing. Write to balkbetting@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. A change that needs your consent will ask for it again rather than assume the old answer.
