Betting Manager
A single ledger spanning every bookmaker account you hold. Record deposits, withdrawals and settled results, then see your real position across all of them in one currency.
€15 a month. Works alongside any bookmaker account you already hold.
Most bettors run this on a spreadsheet they built themselves
Recreational and semi-professional bettors nearly all arrive at the same home-made setup: a workbook with a tab per bookmaker, balances typed in by hand, and a handful of formulas that made sense on the day they were written. It holds together until the week you get busy and stop updating it.
Append-only ledger
A spreadsheet lets you overwrite a cell and lose whatever was there before. Here each movement is a new entry that is never rewritten, so the balance is the sum of what actually happened and the history still stands up months later.
FX handled once
Amounts stay in the currency they occurred in. Set a base currency and the rates one time, and every figure converts on the way out, so an account in euros and one in kroner roll up into a single number without a manual conversion column.
Accounts that come and go
Archive an account when a book closes it and reactivate it if it comes back. Archived accounts stay in the history, so closing one leaves the results it produced intact.
Four screens
-
Dashboard
Headline figures for the whole portfolio, a balance timeseries you can view over 24 hours through to the full history, and allocation broken down by bookmaker so you can see where your money is sitting.
-
Accounts
One row per bookmaker account with its current balance. Open the ledger drawer on any account to read or add the individual entries behind that balance.
-
Analytics
Limitation statistics across your accounts: what share of them have been limited, how many days an account typically lasts before it happens, and the average stake you had reached at that point.
-
Settings
Base currency, starting capital and the FX rates used for conversion. Change the base currency and every figure in the app re-expresses itself.
How long your accounts actually last
Any bettor who wins consistently ends up restricted eventually. Most people only notice it one account at a time, which makes it hard to tell whether a book closed early because of the stakes, the markets, or plain bad luck.
The analytics screen aggregates it: your limitation rate, the average number of days from opening an account to being limited, and the average stake you had reached when it happened. Enough to see the pattern and adjust how aggressively you ramp a new account.
Also in the app
- CSV export of accounts and of the transactions behind any one of them
- Balance history over 24h, 7, 14, 30 and 90 days, or the whole record
- Your data is scoped to your own account and never shared between users
- Works with any bookmaker, including books we do not track ourselves
